AcroYoga
Movement has always been an integral part of my life. Before discovering yoga I spent years kayaking, climbing, skiing, backpacking, and dancing. Now I am also exploring movement through my asana practice. By "showing up" every morning to do my practice I have experienced profound changes in my life. One of the greatest lessons I have learned is how to truly connect to my breath. The breath is the only constant in our life from birth to death and can be one of our greatest teachers.
I am also a certified AcroYoga teacher. AcroYoga blends the spiritual wisdom of Yoga, the loving-kindness of Thai Massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. This practice helps people connect to themselves and to one another. I regularly teach afternoon AcroYoga classes at AshtangaLanka. For more information also visit www.acroyoga.org
Jacob also offers Thai massage. He brings his gentle and benevolent presence to everything he does.
